INTRODUCING

SARAH OUTEN

Sarah Outen MBE is a British adventurer who has endured extreme conditions in remote environments.

Sarah broke world records when she became the first woman and the youngest person to row solo across the Indian Ocean – the subject of her first book, A DIP IN THE OCEAN.

She later kayaked some of the most treacherous waters in the world and cycled across North America during one of the harshest winters on record when she undertook a journey around the planet by human power only. DARE TO DO was shortlisted for the Wanderlust Adventure Travel Book of the Year and was featured in various media including The Times and The Telegraph.

HOME: THE FILM, based on the story that inspired DARE TO DO, premiered in June 2019 and has won several awards including Best Film in Exploration and Adventure at the 2019 Banff Mountain Film Festival.
